Brownsville
Baptist has a unique program for its youth by providing them with the "Youth
Place" located in a separate portion of the church plant. Here, all the
modern Christian lifestyle that is moving among the youth and creating
evangelism is emphasized using the latest and more modern forms of worship.
Using AV, a praise band and exciting speakers the Youth Place is buzzing on
Sunday mornings and evenings. Monthly, a youth led worship service is
presented to the church utilizing the experiences and spiritual happenings
in the Youth Place. Bro. Mike Young has followed in the steps of many able youth oriented pastors who with the dedicated services of a youth council that oversees everything from local worship to mission trips across the country. Our youth have been to Katrina's devastation, poverty in the Oklahoma Indian reservations, mission tours to South Dakota, New York City, Boston etc. BBC has a very active youth program that challenges and invites you to join.
